Concrete and driveway removal
We break out and haul away old driveways, patios, sidewalks, shed pads, and house slabs, whether you need a whole slab removed or a saw-cut section. We leave the ground ready for new concrete, gravel, or grass.
Slabs, driveways, and patios
We remove driveways, patios, sidewalks, shed and garage pads, house slabs after a teardown, and pier footings. When you need only part of a slab taken out, we saw-cut a straight line and break out one side.
We pull the rebar and send it to scrap. Clean broken concrete goes to a recycler that takes it, and the rest goes to a landfill that accepts it.
Before we break it up
Tell us about sprinkler, water, or electric lines under the slab so we know what’s there before we break it up. We call in the 811 utility locate before we dig out footings or grade, and you can read the 811 rules.
What concrete removal costs
HomeGuide’s 2025 guide puts concrete removal at a published range of $3 to $8 per square foot, with disposal included. For more published ranges, see the demolition cost guide.
